Application of Artificial Neural Networks for Corrosion Behavior of Ni–Zn Electrophosphate Coating on Galvanized Steel and Gene Expression Programming Models

Zn–Ni electrophosphate coating is one of the most commonly used materials in industrial applications. The corrosion resistance this very important order to achieve minimum current coating. This study described a new reliability simulation framework determine behavior using gene artificial neural network (ANN) estimate input parameters model are temperature, pH electroplating bath, density, and Ni 2+ concentration, defined as output. effectiveness accuracy were checked by utilizing absolute fraction variance ( R 2 = 0.9999), mean percentage error (MAPE 0.0171), root square (RMSE= 0.0002). determined genetic algorithm (GA) optimum practice condition.
